Why does the branded Zillow 3D Tour still have the previous agent's contact info?
Answer
Zillow 3D Tours are associated with the zillow.com listing pages. Until you go live on MLS, zillow.com associates the tour with the info from the previous listing agent because no new information is available about the new listing agent.
The work around for this is to use the unbranded property website to share the media before going live on MLS. Once you go live on MLS, the contact info updates.
