Question
If there is snow or ice on the ground during the time of the appointment you have three options:
- Keep the shoot at the scheduled time and we can capture everything as is.
- If you reschedule the shoot the same day as the appointment, there will be a fee but you can reschedule the entire shoot at no additional cost as long as you let us know before it is the same day as the appointment. You can view our full cancellation and rescheduling policy here.
- You can pay a small fee to split the appointment and we will come out now to capture the interior media and then again at a later date after the snow and ice melts to capture the exterior.
Additionally, if we arrive at the property, and then you decide to cancel or reschedule the appointment, a fee may apply subject to management discretion.
