How do agents submit a media request for FPM to upload the media to Zillow if the client did NOT order the media through the Zillow Showcase portal?
Answer
When an agent has already ordered media (and did NOT order the media through the Showcase platform) the client will have to activate Showcase on their listing.
To activate Showcase on their listing, the agent will take the following steps:
- Login to the agents Showcase account. If the listing is NOT displayed on your dashboard, click add the listing and then click on the listing to proceed to Step 2. If the listing IS displayed, click on the listing and proceed to Step 2.
- After clicking on the listing, begin the Showcase ordering process for the listing by clicking 'Start order'
- Select “invite photographer” as their media provider option
- Add Full Package Media's contact information and click submit
- NOTE:
- Company Name: Full Package Media
- Company Email: talktous@fullpackagemedia.com
- Photographer Name: This is optional and the agent does NOT need to fill in this information
- NOTE:
- Next, the agent will scroll down to the bottom of the page to the section titled “contact my photographer” and select “Send Media Request”
- It is important to note that the agent should not select the book now option as this will prompt the agent to re-order media
- After clicking 'send media request' the agent will be redirected back to the order inside their Showcase account with the message 'successfully created a media request'
- Once the agent has completed these steps, Full Package Media will receive the Showcase media request and can accept it in our account and will then be able to upload the showcase media.
