How to download all floor plans

1. Login to your account
2. Navigate to the 'Listings' tab
3. Search for the property address in the search bar
4. Click the listing to view that particular address
5. Click 'Download' in the upper left hand corner
6. A pop out window will appear that allows you select the media you would like to download.  Deselect all media categories besides 'Print Quality Images' and click 'Download'Unfortunately, due to the difference in computer manufacturers and operating systems is it difficult for us to know where the video downloaded on your computer or how to access it at that point. For assistance after downloading from our system, contact your computer manufacturer.
