Can you remove the shackle and add the supra box to the front door?

Answer

Unfortunately because we are affiliate members of the MLS we are not able to remove the shackle from the supra box even if you give us the shackle code. 

For all photos that we take, by default we photoshop out any lockbox or supra box that is on the door at the time of the shoot. However, for videos, if the box is on the door during the shoot, it will appear in the video footage. 

If you do not want the supra box in the photos and/or videos, you can remove the shackle and leave the box disassembled for the photographer to place it on the door. In order for you to do this, you will have to meet the photographer at the property to give them the unassembled supra box.
