How to reschedule an appointment from your agent portal
Procedure
- Login to your account
- Select the 'orders' tab on the left hand side of your dashboard
- Select the order that you would like to reschedule by selecting 'view'
- Scroll down to the 'appointments' section of the order and select 'reschedule appointment'
- You are taken to the appointment scheduler where you are now able to pick a new date and/or time.
- Once a new appointment has been selected, a pop out will appear for you confirm your reschedule. Once you select 'reschedule' the new date and time is confirmed and a new confirmation email will be sent to you!
