How do I download a receipt for an order?

Answer

A receipt is not automatically sent after payment but you can download your receipt at any time using the FPM app or your desktop computer. 

Process to download a receipt via desktop computer:

2. Once logged in, you are taken to your Dashboard.  Click on the tab that says Orders

3. From your orders tab, you will see a list of your properties.  Select 'View' for the property whose invoice you would like to download.  

4. After clicking view, you are taken to the order overview for the property. Here you can review the details of the transaction and download an invoice by clicking the 'Download Invoice' tab
