Symptoms
The Zillow Floor Plan has associated the old listing photos onto the property website that FPM has provided.
Resolution
The photos will automatically update to the new photos once the listing goes live for sale on MLS.
Note: zillow.com developers are currently working on a feature that will hide the photos tab of the Zillow 3D tour plus Floor Plan embed box if the home is not for sale yet.
Cause
Zillow Floor Plans pull still images from the properties zillow.com listing so if there are previous listing photos associated with the property that are still available on MLS or zillow.com, the Zillow Floor Plan will use those images until new photos are associated.
You can associate the new photos when you go live in MLS and the new media is syndicated to zillow.com, which will then allow the new photos will be viewable in the embed box of the Zillow Floor Plan.
