Can the camera reflection in a mirror be removed from a 3D tour?
Answer
Unfortunately due to technological limitations, we are not able to remove the camera reflection in a mirror that appears in a 3D tour. This is normal for the entire 3D tour industry. Some providers will significantly lower down the camera so that it is below the countertop height but this does not allow the viewer to get the best possible view of the space so we do not do that. If you would like, we can hide a scan from the 3D tour.
However, technology has improved significantly so the size of the camera is much smaller than it used to be!
