Can FPM transfer a Matterport Space to my personal or business account?
We can transfer a Matterport Space to your personal or business account if requested. To request a transfer, reach out to our customer service team.
A few things to note about Matterport transfers:
- In order for us to transfer the space, you must have your own Matterport account
- Once the space is transferred, FPM will no longer have access to the space and will not be able to edit the space, generate links, or provide any other support for that Space
- If the Space is on the Full Package Media provided property website, it will still display as long as the Space is active in your own Matterport account
- Reach out to our customer service team
- We will need the property address and the email address associated with your Matterport account
- Once we initiate the transfer, you will receive an automated email from Matterport
- Open the email and log in
- Accept the transferred space
