What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Shoots that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time of the shoot/appointment will result in a fee. To view our inclement weather policy, click here.
If your shoot is on a Monday and we are closed the day before, just send us an email or leave a voicemail letting us know that you need to cancel or reschedule and we will use that time stamp for whether or not a fee applies.
